Investing in massage is an investment in your health. Depending on your current condition, Stefanie may determine a session enhancement could be beneficial such as incorporating Organic essential oils, Paraffin Wax treatments, Hot Stones, Hot Towels, Cryotherapy, Heat Therapy, Cold Therapy, Reflexology, Assisted Stretching and Chinese Fire Cupping. These extra treatments are added at no additional charge but some are not available during the COVID-19 pandemic. Clients are welcome to bring their own music or share their favorite Spotify, YouTube or Pandora playlist for use during their massage session. Please let Stefanie know if you have a favorite type of music that would help you relax or enhance your session, the options available to play are endless.

INSURANCE is accepted but we will need to get into contact with your insurance company 24 hours ahead of your appointment. To do this we will need a copy of the back and front of your insurance card, your mailing address and your date of birth.

INGREDIENTS: All ingredients used in our custom lotion, oil and snack items are Organic, Kosher and Gluten-Free. Everything is made in-house using our dedicated gluten-free kitchen. We try our best to use locally sourced items for our teas, smoothies, face masks, oils, lotions, soap and salves. These items are available for all clients at no charge.
ALLERGY WARNING! Stefanie only uses Sacred Earth massage lotion, oil and gel as well as Organic essential oils. Outside products cannot be used due to gluten allergies. The only exception is you can bring your own CBD products. While our new massage studio is a dedicated 'clean room' it shares a location where a small dog and cat live. If you have allergies to cats and/or dogs, this studio will not be best. Please contact Staszak Physical Therapy to book an appointment to see Stefanie in an office setting and let the receptionist know you are allergic to pets so the room can be cleaned thoroughly before your appointment just in case any patient had previously brought in a service animal.
